70's nova's had a tilt wheel as an option so if you could find one that would be the best trick but you can get a custom steering column for it from ididot.com.
how do you remove a steering column from a 1964 Chevy nova II it was originality a automatic car but is a 4 speed manual now
you simply GET A MECHANIC!!
Yes.
A diagram of the 1971 Chevy Nova steering column would include the ignition and the shifter information along with the steering column itself. This type of diagram is often found in the Chilton's manual for the year and model.
It would naturally ground through the steering box, to the frame.
No. The subframes are not the same. The 68-74 had the steering behind the crossmember and 75 and up had it in front of the crossmember.
The fuse box, under the dash, to the left of the steering column, will have a fuse marked radio. Start there.
