Four presidents were killed by assassins bullets. I do not know if that is what you call "interesting" but it is a dramatic and shocking way to die. Kennedy and Lincoln probably never knew what hit them. Garfield and McKinleyseemed to be recovering at one point, so maybe their deaths were less interesting.
Harding and Taylor died after short illnesses of uncertain cause. Poison was suspected by some in both cases. Washington probably died from being bled by ignorant physicians who thought they were helped him. Franklin Roosevelt died in the company of his girl friend rather than with his wife. Some might find that to be interesting. Tylerdied alone in a hotel room in Richmond where he had gone for a meeting of the Confederate Congress. William Henry Harrisondied in the White House before his wife ever made it to Washington.
Warren G. Harding, the 29th President of the United States, died unexpectedly in 1923 while on a cross-country trip. He suffered a heart attack in San Francisco and died before medical help could arrive. However, rumors and conspiracy theories regarding his death have persisted for years, including suggestions of poisoning.
