Eisenhower Dollars made for circulation only have face value and has no silver.
No such coin exists. Silver dollars were last minted for circulation in 1935, and the last silver dollar sized coin was the Eisenhower dollar of 1971-1978, there was no dollar coin minted in 1967.
The US didn't make any silver dollars after 1935. $1 coin production wasn't resumed until 1971 and those coins are made of copper-nickel. The US did print $1 silver certificate bills with that date, however. Please see the Related Question for more information.
The U.S. Mint didn't cease production on any denomination that year, but they did eliminate silver from the half dollar.

The first real person on a dollar coin was President Eisenhower in 1971. No silver dollar coins have portraits of real people.

They are not silver. Kennedy half dollars stopped being silver in 1970, all 1971 dated coins are copper-nickel and only worth 50 cents. There wasn't even a 1971 half dollar in silver for collectors. All 1971 half dollars are worth only 50 cents unless in a mint set.
