The territory that shares a border with another country in Canada is Yukon. It borders the U.S. state of Alaska to the west. Additionally, the Northwest Territories also share a border with Alaska, but Yukon is the only territory to do so directly.
The question does not make sense. All of the states of Australia share a border with another state. Even Tasmania, the island state, shares an actual land border as well as a water border with another state.

Hawaii is a state in the United States that does not touch or border another state. It is located in the Pacific Ocean and consists of a group of islands.
