It was BAD! The slaves were carried by boats and were hung down so they could barely move. they got a break to stretch a leg but not for long. If one tried to rebel, they were treated even worse or, if nessessary, trown overboard. Today there is still a line of sharks in the Atlantic because they got free food over the years.

After they get to America, they were separated by their family and were whipped and tortured.
