We live in a world today were many people do not have the patience to stand in food lines, not that FEMA can feed us all anyways. Another negative factor is the "just-in-time" supply chain today. One must ask, "How many days can my neighbor go without food before he is willing to steal or kill to feed his starving crying kids.
