Fuel filler neck and vent, evaporative emission lines, brake lines, an axle vent, or rear washer hoses. What type of car is it and what size are the lines?
It should be underneath on the passanger side in front of the rear tire. If you jack the car up from the rear passanger tire and slide underneath, you should see it. It's got two hoses going to it with one bolt holding it in place. Hope this helps.

The charcoal canister or vapor canister is underneath the car, just ahead of the gas tank and just behind the rear suspension. Looks like a large rectangular box with several rubber hoses running from it.
