The flobert was a type of European rifle (usually French or Belgian) used for short range target shooting. They used very low powered rim fire ammunition, and the system of closing the breech is very weak. These should NEVER be fired with standard ammunition, even if it fits. Link below will take you to photos of Flobert firearms. There were also Flobert pistols.
No- but Google does: http://www.retting.com/g/belgflobertrifle.jpg
The Flobert action was intended ONLY for shooting very low powered cartridges, such as .22 BB caps, and is not strong enough to fire modern .22 ammo safely. The value will be entirely dependent on the condition and originality of the gun. Most are not very high, selling for $50-$200, depending on exact model.
The BB Cap was the first type of rimfire ammunition. BB stands for "bullet breech." It was invented in France around 1845, designed for the Flobert indoor target rifle. Not to be confused with a BB gun.

It depends on the condition of the rifle.
Louis Flobert in 1845 was the first to put a ball on the end of a percussion cap and invent the self contained bullet. He went on to produce rifles and pistols that shot this round which is still produced, called now the BB cap.
It is correct to say that 308 Dpms assault rifle is worth buying.
