A group of pastors is called: Clergy. Quite often they differentiate themselves from the laity by taking on fancy names that even Jesus did not have (like: Father; Holy Father; Reverend; Most Right Reverend; etc). They also like to wear different garb to be easily identified as different from the laity.

Among Jehovah's Witnesses, they are simply called 'elders'. But they are never addressed as such. It is merely their function, not their title. Jehovah's Witnesses also do not follow the mainstream traditions of special titles, and special garb.

Are elders and pastors the same?

No, elders and pastors are not the same. Elders are often individuals who provide guidance and leadership in a religious community, whereas pastors are typically ordained ministers who lead a congregation. While some pastors may also serve as elders, not all elders are pastors.
