How does the structure of DNA change in mutation?
It doesn't alter the structure at all. It alters the sequence, either by substituting one or more nucleotides(the A's, G's, C's and T's that make up the sequence of DNA) with another nucleotide, or by adding or removing nucleotides. The structure of the protein encoded by this DNA sequence(if any, < 2% of the human genome is translated... that is, encodes proteins) can be adversely effected, as a change in the genome sequence will confer a change in the amino acid sequence of the protein, conferring a change in conformation(however the risk of this is somewhat mitigated by the redundancy in the genetic code), or in some extreme cases, substituting a single nucleotide can introduce a STOP codon(a sequence of 3 nucleotides that signals the end of translation... that is, the protein stops being made before it is completed).

How does the body collected process and store your information?
The body collects, processes and stores information in its DNA. DNA encodes information as a series of nucleotides. Nucleotides have 4 different bases. Nucleotides are grouped in threes and this is referred to as a Base Triplet Code. Each BTC will determine which amino acid is added to a protein molecule that is being synthesized.

What is the significance of a polytail consisting of AAA at the end of a mRNA sequence?
The poly adenine tail is used to provide a fuse. This is because RNase enzymes cleave off a section of the nucleotides at the end of the mRNA strand. The destruction of the mRNA is to prevent it persisting within the cell after being used, the length of the tail shows how many times it will be used before being degraded.
As RNA polymerase moves along the DNA template strand what is being added?
