- If this is such a well respected jewelry store the Manager should be there toot sweet to try and locate your custom made engagement ring and wedding band. If they cannot locate it and you, by sheer luck have a picture of both rings they should duplicate it without charging. It is a true rarity that a respected jewelry store would lose anyone's rings so stand your ground and demand they locate your rings. You can also take them to court if they do not comply and make no effort to rectify the problem.
