When they are born, they are neon yellow. They only have four teeth. When they grow older, there yellow skins peels off and green scales are underneath. There teeth grow yellow, and they get more ferocious near the opposite gender of crocodiles.
Apart from determining what sex the crocodile will be, if the temperature is too cold this will cause the nile crocodile to go onto the river banks to soak up the sun's rays. If it is too hot, the nile crocodile will go into the rivers and lakes and in the shade :)
