What advice would you like to give to girls in the age 18 to 23?

I would tell them not to dress to provactivly. For instance, don't wear a mini skirt that is barely longer in length than their underwear. Instead try a little longer of a skirt, one that's about three feet long, and for pity's sake do not wear six inch heels, you could seriously get yourself killed just by tripping once. Because once you do your likly to break somethign.
