Considering the active ingredient in mushrooms, psyclobin, breaks down well under the temperature/heat of an average flame, the effects should be non-existent. However, debate continues to this day as to whether or not smoking mushrooms gives a very mild or euphoric high, but certainly creates a relatively harsh smoke with limited psychoactive power which is even further minimized by water filtration.
