Like all other domestic cats, a Bengal usually reaches sexual maturity around six months old. However, it is not ideal to leave a male cat of that age intact (not neutered), as sexually mature male cats will spray, and it is not unheard of to become aggressive to other cats and human owners due to hormones. Neutering the cat is the only way of avoiding such behavior.

it is normal for a female to bite the back of the kittens neck when they want to move them to a place that they think is safe, but a male? if the male is the kittens father then he may be trying to be like the mother but normally the father doesn't want anything to do with the kittens and if he isn't related to the kittens, then he doesn't like them and is trying to hurt them or even kill them, in some cases.

orange is sex linked dominate, a female orange cat will almost always have a few orange kittens, and a male orange cat can have orange daughters --- If the orange one is the mother, all the male kittens will be orange. If the orange is the father, you wont get any ginger kittens but you will get tortoiseshell female kittens.

Bengal breeders do not, as a rule, sell intact kittens. They're spayed or neutered to prevent people from breeding them. You could contact a breeder to see if you can get intact kittens, but expect to be told no or to be quoted an outrageous price.

Does each baby kitten have same dad?

No, not all baby kittens have the same dad. A female cat can stay in heat for several days, and depending on how many male cats mate with her, then that would determine how many dads there are. Each baby can have a separate father. That is why each kitten can come out a different color.

Will a feral male cat hurt a feral female cat after she is spay and returned outside?

I had my female feral spayed and her kittens spayed/neutered via TNR.The male rarely showed up in my yard.Upon returning...Only 2 of 3 kittens stuck around. I haven"t seen the female or the other kitten. Suddenly, the male is showing up again and came by with another male!I hope my 2 kittens will be ok--they seem afraid of those males & I am worried about what happened to the female & the other kitten.
