If your child is under the age of 12 she/he is not allowed to go far distant from house with guardian but if the child is over 12 she/he is allowed to go shopping or outside by themselves.
But if you do leave your child to go shopping, outside etc. make sure she is with a friend or someone in case something happens, you should also have a set time like what i have with my kids, from 11-5 curfew, explain to them the rules and make sure to call them at least every 15-20 minuets just to check if they're alright.
Hope this helped.

There is no legal age requirement. It is left to parental discretion.
When you are allowed to.
No you are not being deprived and many of those things you will probably be allowed to do when you get older.
No
Fairfax Conty rules are that kids from 1-12 are not allowed to go anywhere alone without a parent. From 12 your allowed to let your childen go anywhere alone. proven by Homeland Security.
Yes. they are allowed
Not being allowed to go outside and se you friends, also typically not being allowed to watch TV or anything that is remotely fun. It's like a crappy homemade jail for kids.
of course they can
yes they are allowed but they can not go near the play machines.
no
Kids can't go by them selves at thunder bowl lanes. The age is 18.
