This can happen any time between birth and puberty it has usually occurred by age 3 however it is not unusual for it to happen around puberty when young men start to play around with it. remember the only person that should retract a foreskin is the person that has it.

what age should I be to get my glans out of the foreskin?

You can do that really at any age above the age of four-- You just cant be in a dry state

You are fourteen and you have a normal sized penis but have only seen the tip of your glans is this normal?

If you cannot retract the foreskin by the age of 14, that is not normal. It could be a condition called phimosis and you should see your doctor to see how to get it corrected. When you are uncircumcised, a cheezy substance builds up between your foreskin and the glans of your penis called smegma. If not washed out properly it can lead to penile cancer.

What could happen if a boy's penile foreskin is forced back too early?

The foreskin of an uncircumsized newborn should NEVER be pulled back; it is a myth and it is dangerous to do this. It should never be forced back by a parent, no matter what the reason the parent has. Keep your hands off of it. Tissues of the glans penis and of the covering foreskin are not yet differentiated, and the foreskin should be left alone. Some physicians consider that an unretracted foreskin can be normal and non-problematic even as late as puberty. Yes, there can be problems with the foreskin, but pathological phimosis (a medically problematic unretractable foreskin) is virtually NEVER a competent diagnosis at birth.AnswerThe foreskin does not retract at birth. Forcing it back at this age can cause tearing and scarring meaning it will be difficult to retract in the future.

What age will you notice you have phimosis?

Firstly, you shouldn't worry about having a tight foreskin (Phimosis) because there is always something that can be done to help and alleviate the condition. You may need to visit your GP for advice or referral to a Urologist for consultation and/or treatment if by the time you are an adult the skin is still tight and non-retractable. 95% of males can retract their foreskin by adulthood.Boys foreskins are fused to the glans at birth and do not retract until somewhere between the ages of 5-years-old and the teenage years, It varies. There should be no pressure put upon any boy to forcefully retract the skin as this can cause damage to the foreskin with stretching or splitting the skin thus causing scarring, and be dangerous if the foreskin was to get stuck behind the glans (Paraphimosis), this then causing a medical emergency ! If there is scarring on the foreskin it can make it harder to retract, if at all.Phimosis can be treated either by yourself or with medical assistance:By gentle stretching of the skin, with or without the use of a topical steroid cream prescribed by your GP.By changing masturbation habits and techniques. Try a different method to see if you can gently pull the foreskin back and forth when erect.Preputioplasty; which is minor plastic surgery to make a small slit cut into the tight ring on the foreskin making it wider to retract over the glans. There is always a risk that this simple surgery turns the cut into scarring as it heals which then reduces the width, and maybe causing phimosis to return again.Circumcision; which is to remove the foreskin completely and the more radical and severe of treatments. Most males can manage to function fully sexually though without the need for circumcision, even without the foreskin being able to fully retract.

Is it must that foreskin should not attatch to penis when age goes?

No the removal of the foreskin is an ancient religious or tribal custom that has no good reason to be done. as a matter of fact it is a harmful practice.

Does circumcisions hurt at age 18?

Definitely The foreskin is a highly sensitive erogenous zone of the body with over 20.000 nerves in it to give you pleasure. cut them through and you end up with excruciating pain and a distinct loss of sexual pleasure as well as the eventual desensitising of the glans penis. Don't be silly, donut do it.

What if your foreskin stops at the opening of your tip of your penis and it never used to before?

If you are of an age that you are still growing, it may be as simple as your penis has grown a bit and the foreskin didn't. Just as every penis is different, the length of foreskin is also.

How are older boys circumcised?

With local anesthesia, an IV needle, a scalpel and stitches. unless it is a baby and then it is usually done with no painkillers. first of all the foreskin is torn away from the glans because it is still attached at that early age then the foreskin is not so much cut away but crushed away with a special little device. It is a really horrible thing to do to a child. I would rather be assaulted by a catholic priest then a circumcising doctor or mohell any day.

What is circumcision?

Circumcision is the removal (amputation) of a fold of skin, called the foreskin, from the end of the penis. The removal of the foreskin exposes the glans and urethral opening. It is more common in some cultures than others. Circumcision is the removal of the prepuce (foreskin) that normally covers the glans of the man's penis. In many cases this is done in infancy when the prepuce is still fused to the glans it is simply torn apart (like tearing a fingernail from a finger) the prepuce is then either cut away or crushed of by a special mechanism. Note this is usually done for religious reasons there is however still a culture remaining in the USA where it is done "Ostensibly" for health benefits. A circumcision operation is the amputation of the prepuce, or foreskin. the prepuce is the double layer of skin that covers and is able to slide back and forth over the glans of the penis. it is there to protect it's sensitivity and to help lubricate the sex act.

Is there a phobia of stretching the foreskin?

This depends on how tight it may be. If it is tight then you should not force it back but try gently pulling it back each time you bathe or shower. If after a short while there is no improvement then you should ask to see your doctor who will be able to refer you for a circumcision.

Is it safe to remove foreskin on a 45 year old man?

Circumcision can be done at ANY age safely.

Is an intact penis more sensitive than a circumcised penis?

An uncut or intact penis has a foreskin (prepuce). when a boy is born he is born with a foreskin that covers the glans penis. the foreskin is a highly enervated sheath with an inner mucosal lining designed to protect the glans penis from drying out, infection and damage from external conditions. It also plays an important part in sexual pleasure and control over pleasure sensitive nerve areas. as well as making insertion of the penis into the vagina easier and more pleasurable. The cut or circumcises penis has had the foreskin removed totally exposing the glans penis to the element's, making its surface dryer and less sensitive. An uncut penis is one with the foreskin intact and a cut penis is one where the foreskin has been removed. An un-cut penis, is simply someone who did not have their foreskin on their penis removed either at birth or later in life. Studies show that men that are uncut, have more sensitivity in their penis during sex or sexual stimulation because of the nerve endings vs. a man that is cut, who had their foreskin removed at birth, or at a later age, to blend in with society, or for many other reasons, some men believe when their penis is cut, there is more girth, or size, this is untrue, as it does not contribute to size or dimensions, in fact, having a cut penis, or having your foreskin removed at a later age, results in loss of sensitivity in the head of the penis, causing, orgasm complication, causing erectile dis-function, since the nerves are not stimulating the penis, the nerve endings are further destroyed later in life, due to the head of the penis being exposed where 99% of the nerves are located, and the head of the penis rubbing against, your underwear or clothing after a few years.Un-Cut penis is also a way of some people's religion or culture. Most middle eastern and European men are uncut. The idea of cut penis came about some hundred years ago, when some thought it was cleaner and more sanitary and prevents infections, although this is a plausible reason it does not mean having an uncut penis is in any way unhealthy or pose a health risk, since this is based on the one individual that takes care of themselves and cleans themselves on a daily basis and maintains a clean hygiene.
