What age should you wear a training bra?

Most girls start to wear a training bra in the earlier stages of breast development, especially if they participate in sports or other activities where her breasts might bounce and become uncomfortable. A lot of girls will wear a bra to cover up nipples when they are cold, as they pop out. Some wear them to make their breasts less noticeable. There really isn't a proper reason to wear a bra, especially in the early pubescent age, since they don't do much else but keep them from becoming uncomfortable. But if a girl feels that she is either: being teased about her breasts, becoming uncomfortable when running, walking, or jumping, or ANY other reason, she has the right to wear a bra.

Another question would also be how she would cover the straps, (for various reasons differing between each girl).

If you're embarrassed by your bra, you can easily cover it up with a thick-strapped tank top under a shirt, or have her shoulders covered with a scarf or a sweater. There are tons of ways to hide them if you're embarrassed by people seeing the straps or the back of it; wear a thick shirt or a sweater! Another way to get help is to ask your mother or a friend.

It depends how much she is starting to develop. If they are little bumps leave them alone. If they get a little bigger, maybe wear an undershirt also. If you can still see them outside of her shirt with an undershirt on, get a training bra. You don't want to start her on cups. Use a training bra for a little while. Hope this helps.

My mother in law bought me a training bra after I kept making comments about having baby breasts. She then taught me what I”every woman is expected to know and do “ in being a “good wife”. Her daughter has now assumed the masculine role and her mom only buys me female clothes and accessories.
