Robert Hutchings Goddard ( Born October 5, 1882 – died August 10, 1945) was an American engineer, professor, physicist, and inventor who is credited with creating and building the world's first liquid-fueled rocket. Goddard successfully launched his rocket on March 16, 1926, which ushered in an era of space flight and innovation.
It would be misinformed to mention one name. Many people and many nations made vital contributions for the eventual rockets that would reach space and that started the space age. Ranging from the ancient Chinese that made rocket like explosives to attack their enemies to the first modern day liquid fueled rockets invented by the American Scientist Robert Goddard. All of these contributions however never resulted in rockets that could reach space. It wasn`t until the 3rd of October 1942 that German scientists Werner Von Braun and Walter Riedel launched a rocket high enough to claim the title "first space rocket". The rocket was called V2 but was part of a program of Nazi Germany to attack Britain during World War 2. After World War 2 the space age really got of the ground because of competition by 2 of the nations vital in defeating Nazi Germany. Notably; the Soviet Union and the United States of America. At the end of World War 2 both the Sovjet Union and the United States scrambled to acquire any secrets of Nazi German Scientists. It was in this moment that Werner Von Braun and his team began a long career working for the United States. It was however the Soviet Union that became the first to launch a satellite in space (Spoetnik 1957) and the first to launch a man into space (Joeri Gagarin 1961). The United States could no longer stay behind and it was until US president John F.Kennedy announced the Apollo Program to land a man on the moon that the culmination of the Space Age began. Both nations developed their own rockets to reach the moon but it was again the Scientists Werner Von Braun working for the United States as the chief architect of a rocket called Saturn V that resulted in the first manned landing on the moon.
mars age = earth age* 365 / 687 Mars age= 12*365/687 Mars age = 6.37 Mars years
Your location does not change your age. You will be the same age.
