What should you do as a Christian when a ministry you've been participating in gets so frustrating that it distracts you from everything else?

You have two options from what I see, you can either try to improve the ministry so that it refocuses on the right goal - glorifying god; or you can take a break from the ministry and try to take care of the things you are being pulled away from. You could also look to supporting a different ministry within the church. Another option is that there are many new churchs coming up everywhere, many of them are in need of experienced leadership to help start off their ministries. Why not put you're knowledge to good use and help in one of them. Start your own ministry, or practice alone... If you believe that what you believed in is the correct way, you don't need to prove it to anyone..

Where is peter green now?

Former Fleetwood Mac Guitarist Peter Green left his last band, The Splinter Group some years ago, and was living quietly in Sweden and later Southend, England. In 2004, he performed a few shows with "The British Blues Allstars", a revolving band of players based around pianist Bob Hall. Their show at Nottoden Blues fest was later released on CD. He also made a one off appearance at The Albert hall, London, a charity show in aid of The Lord's Taverners, a cricket based children's charity. For the next couple of years he was not too involved in active music making, save a few jams with his nephew Joe Green's blues band. In the last year or so, there has been activity. Peter now has another band, a micture of local Southend musicians and industry veterans such as Geraint Watkins. They played a couple of low key gigs in Holland in March, and Peter also appeared on a Belgian TV station playing "Albatross." Producer Pete Brown did some recording with this combo last year with a view to adding tracks to a new version of the Peter Green tribute album "Rattlesnake Guitar" and there was some talk that a full album might follow. It seems likely that any move Peter makes at this stage in the game will be in his own time and on his own terms.
