TWA 747-131 N53110 is certainly a candidate, which had flown 105.759 hours when retired in 1998. All TWA 747s reached very high numbers over 100.000, with N53110 being the record-holder of the airline).

Several Lufthansa 747-400 early built have flown about 120 000 hours and are being retired.

It seems that 120000 is the hour limit on 747.

There is (was) a DC 9 Northwest I believe that had more than 90000 takeoffs and landings.

Probably some DC3 flying are way up there in hours and cycles.
