If you are going to be an airsoft sniper, you will need goggles, and not a full face mask. While this will allow you to use an optic better, it means you could get hit in the face. So you should also play with a scarf/shemagh, and be ready to surrender if people get close, unless you want face welts.
If you do not need to use optics, just get a full face paintball mask. The Invert Helix is a good place to start, as you can get cheap thermal lens' if you have a problem with fogging.
Never play with unqualified face protection ie ski goggles or "safety" glasses.
The visor should slide under the facemask. once straight and even, the clamps should be near a horizontal bar on the facemask, depending what kind of facemask you have. Screw on the 2 clamps (one one each side of mask)
airsoft pistols thats what i started out with then i got shotguns and rifles
You should use 5 1500 power batterys. You can bye 'm at airsoft G.I..
If there is a facemask on the defense then it should negate any fumble they may have acquired during play.
Type recommended by the maker of the airsoft.

At airsoft fields, or in backyards.
Yes, any airsoft weapon should be lubricated properly.
It depends what model battery. Use only the recommended voltages and amperages.
99% of the time, the bb's that come in a box with an airsoft gun are crap and should not be used in your gun. That shouldn't be too big of an inconvenience considering they only come with like 20 bb's.
