There is special African grey food that can be brought from pet shops. Also there are loots of speacial treats that you cna buy. They can also eat fresh fruit and monkey nuts (in there shells).

there are two species of African greys. one is the "Timneh African Grey Parrot".
IN THE WILD.......i am not 100% sure of the Congo African greys, but the timneh African greys are not. timnehs are only found in four countries in Africa (the only one i recall is sierre Leone). the congos i know are in Africa and south America, i am unsure of anywhere else.

African greys have like all birds hidden ears they have a slighter darker patch diagnal to their eye that we call cheeks.If you hold back the fethers on the patch you will see a hole that is the ear!
If you lift the feathers on the sides of their head, you will see a little holem kind of bony...this is the ear
