This is a unclear question, and not easy to answer. In your fuse panal, their will be a range of fuses, from 5 amp, up to 30 amp. On your fuse panal cover, should be a digram of your fuse panal, and which amp fuse goes into which slot.
It dont have a relay for the computer. There is a fuse under the hood marked "PCM". It is 10 amp.
A 1997 Cavalier uses a 15 amp fuse for the cigarette lighter / horn. The fuse box door has a diagram that will show you where the fuse belongs and the proper amperage.
The Horn uses the same fuse as the Cig lighter plug. It is a 15 amp fuse.

I am not for sure which is the radio fuse but 99% of the time it is a 15 amp fuse which is blue.
look for a 20 amp fuse, 2nd row 4th fuse, for a 2004, in your manual will be marked ext lp, this is for the white illumination lights.

The A/C fuse should be located under the hood, driver side in the Engine Compartment Fuse/Relay Center. It is a 10 amp fuse , bottom row, third from left. Hope that helps..
