This is a unclear question, and not easy to answer. In your fuse panal, their will be a range of fuses, from 5 amp, up to 30 amp. On your fuse panal cover, should be a digram of your fuse panal, and which amp fuse goes into which slot.
It dont have a relay for the computer. There is a fuse under the hood marked "PCM". It is 10 amp.
A 1997 Cavalier uses a 15 amp fuse for the cigarette lighter / horn. The fuse box door has a diagram that will show you where the fuse belongs and the proper amperage.
