It appears that company was going under, and leased as an agent fleet to Swift in order to stay afloat... right now, it appears that they simply lease trucks from Swift and operate under their authority, but I've seen nothing of Swift actually buying them out. If you're talking about the one out of Tennessee, that company was bought out by Covenant.
