There are many domestic animals that have the ability to move their jaw sideways. One of these animals is the human.
I think the animal with the strongest jaw is the crocodile.
The gecko has a movable upper jaw. This is one of the reasons a gecko has such a strong and fierce bite.
The boa is able to dislocate/unhinge its jaw to get it around an animal that would appear to be bigger than its head when the jaw is connected. Once it does that, it can stretch its mouth around the animal and start pulling it in for digestion.
