There is no animal killing people on the Ganges Delta, It is a animal that cannot attack. It is a swat-like fish swimming about that is known to scare people, and sometimes shock them to where they fall and die. It is called a pomenisuous fish, there are only two in the world. They live off poison and toxic materials and it is bright red. when you touch it you can die as well because its whole body consists of toxic and poisonous material that can be accessed from the simplest thing as skin.
This is a proven fact, I work at the Animal Research Lab of Texas and we recently studied that this fish is highly dangerous I will update this answer if anything comes up. Stay posted.
