If a parent knows there is bullying occuring, and they do not act, this parent is not a very trustworthy or helpful person. They are not likely a good parent and you need to find another adult to help you. Someone you trust and you know will act. A parent who does not act upon bullying is completely unacceptable.

The most likely scenario is that the children will live with the other parent as long as that parent was not deemed unfit while the custodial parent was alive. If that parent was denied custody for cause the courts may consider another gaurdian should the non custodial parent still be considered unsuitable.
A whole new organism can grow from just one piece of the parent in animals that have the ability to asexually reproduce. This is reproduction with one parent.
Animals that eat fruit and have the seeds pass through their intestines undigested. It's a common evolutionary strategy for plants. The animals poos in a location far away from the parent tree and the seeds even have a patch of initial fertilizer to grow in. Brilliant, isn't it?
