Yes
It would be impossible to name them all. There are ones run by the anime producers. There are fan-based, anime episode, and merchandise websites.
I'm not sure what store you could find it in, unless you're willing to go to japan, but i know a PLACE where you could get merchandise. You'll probably have to go to an Anime Convention, like Anime Expo, or Megacon. You'll find merchandise at every convention that has anything to do with anime. Of course, you'll have to pay for a pass to get in, and you'll have to bring even more money to buy the merchandise, but it's totally worth it. Probably the best state to go to for anime conventions would be Florida, because Vic Mignogna(plays ed in the English dub) is at almost every Florida con. You'd probably manage to get a good hug out of him at EXPcon, too. Probably the best con to go to for anime merchandise would be Megacon. It's the biggest con in Florida, and the dealers room(place where you buy stuff) is gigantic. GIGANTIC. Huge. An anime fan's dream. Good Luck! :D
