Totem poles come in many sized from 2 meters to those erected by the Haida of Haida Gwaii and the Tsimshian which could be 30 meters all. The diameter is not consistent among these many sized and the individual poles taper so the diameter changes with height as well. The large poles could be over a metre in diameter at the base.
The Owl Hag is the Guardian of the Owl Forest. Defeating her will unlock Gourmet Town. The Owl Hag will magically disappear and appear on top of totem poles and also areas where you can't reach her. The first thing to do in this battle is to knock all the totem poles down. She will attack by summoning owls at you for around 5 seconds at a time. If you knock down a totem pole while she it on top of it, count this a bonus because she will fall down and get confused for a little while. This is the time to send your people in to attack her. If you've knocked down all of the reachable totem poles, she will have no choice but to appear on the ground. Attack her when this happens. Continue this process and you will have defeated her. Your reward will be 2 treasures, worth 3000000 Bol each. some royal guards that you should take are: soilders and maybe lumberjacks (for the totem poles) animal hunters (they will be able to shoot the guardian when you can reach her like on her house or on the totem pole you cant destroy)
The Faces on the Totem Poles are used to scare of enemies, but as life went on they changed what they did with them, they added on dancing around them to give them luck and sing around them.
