Hi random person,

My father had a stroke when I was in third grade. He could tell that he needed to go to the hospital because he wasn't speaking right. There might be signs of

  • acting weirdly
  • loss of memory
  • being speech delayed (talking weirdly and pronouncing stuff wrong)

These are the things that are most common for my dad's type of stroke, a mental stroke. There are other types, like physical. Hope this helps and if a loved one is hurting, good luck. =)
