1. President (executive) can veto all proposed laws by Congress (legislature).
2. Congress can impeach the President (and all other executive members) for crimes and failure to carry out all duties of office. The judiciary watches over this process.
3. The President appoints all judges of the Federal judiciary and these judges need to be confirmed by the Senate.
4. The judiciary can render all Acts of Congress, executive orders, or all law of the states unconstional and consequentially null and void.
5. Even judges of the Supreme court or other Federal courts could be impeached for crimes committed.
6. Congress and 3/4 of all states can amend the constitution and thus invalidate common law by the Judiciary.
