I recomend you buy a copy of, and read, "The Encycolpedia of Mythology" by Arthur Cotterell. There are plenty of fantastic stories inside it and it's quite easy to get a hold of. It is a relatively large book, but if you find smaller copies at a bookstore make sure it is of "Classical Mythology" which will be mixed with Greek and Roman. If you can't find the book at any store I am certain you can get it for a decent price at Amazon.com - I hope this helps!
