1. Drink mostly water for fluids.

2. Eat only 15-20% of your diet as protein.

3. Eat as many fresh vegetables and fruits, as possible (limiting processed ones).

Also, minimize processed carbohydrates; white flour, sugar and corn syrup, as well as fried foods, as much as possible.
