Universal suffrage, universal education, slavery, and racism
If the history of the United States begins when the thirteen colonies became states under the US Constitution, then two major sets of activities concerning the USA would today be considered human rights violations. Using "major" as the criteria, and using USA as the place, of these violations, three main violations can be identified. 1. slavery 2. violations of treaties made with Native Americans and human rights violations made against Natives where no treaties were involved, and 3. Denying women the right to vote. In some counties women still are denied the right to vote.

I believe I was denied my civil rights in family court, 15 years ago. Is there a statute of limitations on civil rights cases? 3 years from the onset of the 1983 violation. That's it folks.

Human beings are rational beings. They by virtue of being humans possess certain basic and inalienable rights which are known as Human Rights. Since these rights are available to them by virtue of being humans, as such they come into existence at the time of their birth. The Constitution of India as adopted in 1950 provides certain rights to its citizens known as the Fundametal Rights(Part-3,article 14-35). These rights are similar to those rights which are provided in Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the rights provided in Iternational covenant on civil and political rights and international rights on social, econamic and cultural rights.
