Oxygen, hydrogen and carbon dioxide
Proteins in living things use proteins in many ways. The three man ways are living, producing cells and hair.
Carbon , Hydrogen and Oxygen.
There are 4 elements that compose all living things. Hydrogen, Oxygen, Carbon and Nitrogen. Out of them, the first 3 are the main ones.
Because Earth is the only planet with oxygen, water and food. And living creatures need these things to survive. We would die in 3 seconds if we don't have air; 3 days if there is no water; and 3 weeks if there is no food.
Food and water. You really need 3 things at least. Nutrients (food), water and oxygen.
Living things will grow, metabolize, reproduce, respond to stimuli and adapt to their environment. Non-living things may do one or more of these things (for example a crystal may grow) but will not do all five.
Most of the living things are made up of four basic elements. These are: 1. Carbon (C) 2. Oxygen (O) 3. Nitrogen (N) 4. Sulphur (S)
The four most abundant elements in living things are Oxygen, Carbon, Hydrogen, and Nitrogen. In the human body, Oxygen comprises approximately 65% of the total mass, Carbon 18%, Hydrogen 10% and Nitrogen 3%. There are smaller quantities of numerous other elements.
1. Livng 2. Living 3. Living
Eart's status of being the only planet with living things must be made conditional with a "that we know of now". In the immensity of the Universe there are other planets which we will eventually discover, that have life.,
