I suggest you build up your credit history with small things first (i.e. credit card, bills in your name, etc and pay them off on time) before you think you can start up, manage, run, own, a business and handle all that responsibility. the reason you need to have good credit in order to get a business loan is because you need to prove you can handle and manage your money well before you can take on such a big thing.
