North America and Europe are fully in the Northern Hemisphere. Asia's mainland is entirely in the Northern Hemisphere. The northern portions of Africa and South America are located in the Northern Hemisphere, too.
South America and Africa both straddle the Equator, giving them each some land in the northern hemisphere and some in the southern hemisphere. North America, Europe and Asia are fully in the northern hemisphere and Australia and Antarctica are fully in the southern hemisphere.
Australia is the only continent to be truly in the southern hemisphere. While most of South America is in the southern hemisphere it does cross the equator as do Africa. North America, Asia and Europe are fully located in the Northern hemisphere (Excluding the Indonesian islands that also cross the equator that are part of Asia).

Most of Europe is located in the Eastern Hemisphere, east of the Greenwich meridian (which is 0 degrees longitude). Parts of the UK and Ireland, France, Spain and all of Portugal are in the Western Hemisphere (west of Greenwich).
