A '98 Fiesta uses H7 bulbs, which comprises both your dipped beam and your main beam.
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4> <h5> <h6> <h7> H= Header #= Size (1 Being Largest) - (7 Being Smallest)
Most Rover 75's use H7 for dipped beam and H1 for main beam headlights.
H1 bulbs have 2 spade connector and the H7 bulb has 1 spade connector
H4 visa holders are not allowed to legally work. H4 is a derivative of an H1 visa. H4 visa holders are allowed entry to US because they are dependents of H1 visa holder. H4 visa holders are not eligible for Social Security Number. H4 visa holder may apply EAD only if filed concurrently with the principal's (H1 Visa holder) I-140 petition OR if principal's I-140 petition is pending or approved. Difficult - the H4 holder would have to be needed and benefit the US economy in his/her own right.

There is a wide range of cars that use a huge range of bulbs. Most modern halogen bulbs are the H1 or H7 types, but there are still quite a few using H4 twin filament bulbs. Some cars now have HID bulbs as an option - there are a smaller range of these currently in use, with 4 main ones - D1s, D1R, D2S and D2R - in common use.
