I don't think it is. I think the most important is sense of touch. Without it we would not feel heat or could and could die/ Pain would also not be felt so we wouldn't know when your bodies are in danger as fer as survival goes touch is most important in my opinion.

So evolutionarily 'touch' would have played a big role in the way humans learned to interact with their environments. Touch is of course important for other things too like braille reading for the blind, fine motor control of the digits (fingers), and sensual pleasure just to name a few.so that we could have a sense of feeling touch and pressure .
