only if they have stickers, metal or batteries metal should be fine if it is dried promptly but most Lego pieces will have no problem any electrical parts (battery box connectors and motors) should be kept dry at all times

youll need motors, axles and some differentials. simpley hook up the motors, dont change any gear ratios. use differentials to transfer the power to the propellor, make a propellor ans stick it on the end. make a top bit to make it look nice :)
