These hormones are produced by pituitary gland under control of GnRH .
1: FSH is responsible for growth of follicle in ovary .
2 : LH causes maturation and release of follicle(Ovulation ) and formation of corpus luteum.
3 : In male both are related to formation and maturation of sperms .
