In Pokemon LeafGreen, the Nintendo Events give out 2 items- the Mystic and Aurora Tickets. The Mystic Ticket lets you go to 8 Island where Ho-oh and Lugia can be caught at Navel Rock, and the Aurora Tickets makes passage to 9 (Birth) Island where Deoxys is at lv30. Both Lugia and Ho-oh are at Lv70. Ho-oh holds a Sacred Ash.

Nintendo events
Sorry to disappoint you but they don't hold Nintendo Events for FireRed,Leafgreen and Emerald anymore.
You can't, it happens automatically
That's the hidden TM, only at Nintendo Events
it's a spot at nintendo events to download the aurora ticket and the mystic ticket.
Nintendo events are events held by Nintendo at game stores and toys r us when Pokemon movies come out on DVD these events give away Pokemon uncatchable in the Pokemon versions that the event Pokemon can go in Example if the event Pokemon is mew firered, leafgreen, ruby, sapphire, emerald can get it.
There isn't a way to get to 9th island without cheating or using Nintendo events this also counts with the 8th island.
in leafgreen u have to get it from a Nintendo event and in sapphire after u get it in leafgreen u trade it from leafgreen to sapphire
Pokemon/Nintendo events are no longer being held for the GBA Pokemon games (Leafgreen/Firered,Emerald). The only way to get the tickets is with a gameshark
The Nintendo events or party as you say it are all over and you will not be able to attend them and get the tickets because there not going to do the event for the tickets anymore.
You need the Rainbow and Aurora Passes, both of which were only given away at Nintendo events. Or you could use an Action Replay.
You can get Bulbasaur by trading from FireRed or LeafGreen. Deoxys and Mew are only available through trading with others and special Nintendo Events.
