If you have a complaint about a particular employee, you complain directly to the TSA. If you have a complaint about a particular policy contact your Congressman. If you have had your rights violated or had a theft occur complain to the FBI, or if it is a civil matter get a lawyer.

It is impossible to answer questions such as these because only your judge knows the reasons and conditions he put on your for your individual case, and only your judge will make the decision, and no one can read the judge's mind. The only certain thing is, depending on the seriousness of your VOP, you MIGHT wind up with your probation being revoked and spending the remainder of your sentence behind bars.

No. Not at the police station anyway. Theft Over $300 is a felony in Illinois. You have to go to the county jail and go before a judge who will set bond.
You need a lawyer. Try a Public Defender. Sorry about the judge, man.
That will be up to the judge
You can ask - ONLY THE JUDGE who ultimately sentences you can know the answer to this question.

Besides obtaining counsel from a lawyer (there is also legal aid that can help you with the expungment process), it would depend on the judges. There is a statute that says that the judge from a first petty theft conviction can choose NOT to expunge it IF you violate that by getting a second petty theft (now you are a felon with the petty theft with a prior). Not in those exact words. There is something going on in my family now where the person had her convictions expunged except the case from the judge on her initial petty theft. She has provided ample recommendation letters (from prestigous individuals), awards, college degrees, and the judge is still not budging. It is a continued struggle for our family to get this judge to see that my cousin has indeed changed her ways. I wish you luck with yours.
