Sadna(Sadhana) is spirital practice, which may include austerities like fasting, vow of silence, rituals like going to temple, saying prayers, chanting Lord's name. Sewa is service of people. Satsang is company of holy people. This is in the form of listening to discourses on holy scripture and/or reading books on holy scriptures.
Sadna Seva and Satsang are two practices followed in Hinduism.
Sadna Seva refers to the act of selfless service. It involves performing voluntary work or acts of kindness without any expectation of reward. This practice is aimed at cultivating a sense of humility, compassion, and devotion towards others.
Satsang, on the other hand, is the practice of gathering with like-minded individuals to engage in spiritual discourse, chanting, and meditation. It provides an opportunity to learn, share, and experience spiritual teachings and wisdom from a spiritual leader or a community.
