The Nano-tyrannous was known to hunt young tyrannosaurs, but even the young were in turn a threat to the nano due to their germ ridden mouths and sharp teeth. One bite from a young T-Rex could easily inflict an infectiousness wound that would eventually kill the nano. A Nano is no match for an adult T-Rex.
A pack of raptors could potentially take down an adult, but the raptors would suffer many losses before they could succeed, but even then, the pack would typically not want to risk such a catastrophe.
Although the film "Jurassic Park III" shows a Spinosaurus killing a Tyrannosaur in a fight, this would not be true in reality, a Spinosaur's jaw was longer, but weaker than a T-Rex's, it's teeth were not as long, or sharp. The Spinosaur mainly hunts smaller prey or fish, it could never kill most prey that T-Rexes hunted, much less a T-Rex itself, regardless of being the bigger of the two.
While modern day predators would likely have difficulty with a Tyrannosaur, younger or smaller ones could be killed by most, including large cats, wild canines, poisonous reptiles, and bears.
T-Rex, though some believe it to be a scavenger, most likely ate medium to large game; typically herbivorous dinosaurs of the late Cretaceous period.
Sadly...we must inform you that the T-Rex no longer requires prey.
However, the good news...we do know that just about anything that moved was prey for the T-Rex. following was on the dinner menus for this King of predators. Triceratops,Stegosaurus and Apatosaurus.
T-Rex was at the top of the food chain; it had no enemies that could kill it as a meal. It did sometimes get into fights with Triceratops or Ankylosaurus, but other than that, it was not considered the prey of any other carnosaur.
