I Believe what you mean is a foreign body airway obstruction. Essentially this is just the same thing as saying someone is choking. You have 2 types, total and partial airway obstructions. Any object that blocks the airway is considered to be an obstruction. The tongue itself can be one. If this isn't what you're looking for please feel free to revise this.
Since each individual sign has nine possible positions, and since there are nine signs in total, the total number of configurations for these signs is 99. When multiplied out we get: 387,420,489. And because you change the order of the signs once per day, the total number of days it would take to arrange 9 signs in every possible configuration is 387,420,489 days or 1.06 million years!
In adults the narrowest part of the airway is at the level of the vocal chords, in kids it is just below the vocal chords. So when a child chokes it may be more difficult to get the object out. If it is a complete obstruction, no coughing or air moving, then the Heimlich should be started immediately. Continue until the person loses conciousness of the object is removed. If the patient passes out begin CPR. If there is coughing or air moving that makes it a partial obstruction and the person should get emergency care ASAP. Do not try to remove the object as this could cause it to lodge further in the trachea.
