Topshop is a subsidiary of the Arcadia Group. The specific aims and objective of a company (such as expanding market share) are often not made publicly available as it could;d help rival;l company's. The Arcadia group however does have a a clear code of conduct which they follow. Suppliers to the company are also met to obey this code of conduct.
