I first of all want to assure you not too be alarmed, it can most likely be one of two things. If you are overly hungry it will vibrate (rumble), even sometimes if you are overly full, your stomach will vibrate to digest the food. These two things are perfectly normal, I don't see any other problem, which you should be alarmed about. If it is an everyday thing, it could be something else, if there is no pain or swelling, I would not worry too much.
