The Impossible Astronaut is the first and after that is Day of the Moon which is Part 2 to The Impossible Astronaut. The third episode is called The Curse of the Black Spot. The forth one is The Doctors Wife. Fifth and sixth are two parts, The Rebel Flesh and The Almost People. The seventh one is A Good Man Goes to War which has its part two in the Autumn, Let's Kill Hitler. The next five are also in the Autumn except there's no more two parts. They are Night Terrors, The Girl Who Waited, The God Complex, TBA and TBA. The first TBA has Craig Owens returning and the second is the finale!
Essentially, in the episode of series 4 'Turn left' He was behind all the events that occurred but did not appear during the episode. Therefore he, in a sense, already has but whether or not he will return and appear in an episode we are not able to tell.
The term "The Lonely God" is used in the Doctor Who episode "The Satan Pit" from series 2. In this episode, the Tenth Doctor is referred to as such by the Beast, an ancient entity that claims to be older than time itself.

In the original Series of Doctor who they usually lasted between 21 and 25 minutes. In Season 22 the episodes were increased to around 45 minutes each. They then returned to the same length as they had been previously. In the original series the stories were almost always more than one episode long. The new series regular episodes were between 43 and 48 minutes in length. The Christmas specials and other special specials were almost all longer.
